They are stealing my money. I know that they are promoting pro players to play on their site with fake accounts and then when I dispute it, they steal my money and then when I call them out for it, they banned my account with money still on it so yeah, they just gave robbing people out here.

There is a play who is canceling matches after joining he already accepted one of my challenges and I politely cancelled his request to start the match and now on January 30, 2025 he is back again attempting to cancel the match and I declined his request because he is doing it for no reason and wasting time when I gave him multiple chances to play the match.

Buddy-_-2002' lost two matches and cancelled both games. One was for $10 which I won; the other game was $16 which I also won.

I was locked out of my account after making a deposit. The Gmail I used is Neatdp@***.com.
When I send a password reset link, it doesn't send it to my Gmail. However, when I try creating a new account, it says my email is already in use.
That's how I know my account is locked. If you guys could fix this as soon as possible, that'd be great.
